摘要
随着公共管理实践的发展,高素质公共管理者的社会要求随之提升,如何培养适应社会发展需要的公共管理高级人才是公共管理研究的重点问题。本文回顾了我国MPA教育发展现状,总结了存在的主要问题,分析了美国MPA教育发展的特点,并在此基础上提出了我国MPA教育发展的对策。
With the development of public administration, the social demands of high - quality public administrators have been promoted. How to train high-quality public administrators to meet the needs of social development becomes a hot issue. This paper reviews the development status of MPA Education, summarizes the main problems, analyzes the characteristics of American MPA edu- cation, and finally proposes the advices on how to develop Chinese MPA Education.
