摘要
受整个社会利益分化和利益格局变迁的影响,城市社区的利益关系变得越来越复杂,各种利益矛盾和冲突不断出现,这意味着我国城市社区的治理环境将发生重大变迁。由于缺少外部有效的政治引导和内部足够的凝聚力,城市社区自治很容易形成"集体行动困境",导致社区内部各种利益纠纷很难解决,各种矛盾积重难返。针对我国城市社区治理中"多中心"但"无秩序"的自治困境,认为社区利益协调机制的完善关键在于改进治理结构体系,推动社区民主交往方式向深度发展。
On the influence of the interest differentiation and the interest structure transformation, the interest relation of the city community is becoming more complex. Variety of eonfliction has appeared, signifying the great transformation of the society governance of the city in China. Being short of the effective political guidance from outside and the enough unity from inside, the community autonomous would turn to ＂The Dilemma of Collective Action＂, which will cause difficulties to solve the dispute inside the community and the accumulation of the variety of contradiction. Facing the autonomous dilemma which is ＂muhicenter＂ but ＂confusion＂, the improvement of the community interest coordination mechanism focuses on the improvement of the system of the governance structure and the development of the contact way of community democracy.
