This article summarized the progress and successful experiences of the past years, in the development and reforms of China's higher education, which could be demonstrated in three aspects:1.Creative progess is made in System reforms;2.A harvest\|time reaches in teaching reforms;3.The reforms in educational ideas reaches a new era. Besides these, the prospect of China's higher education in 21th century is forecast as well.
