摘要
用一片压电陶瓷同时做传感器和执行器,基于应变速度电桥电路将应变速度信号从执行器控 制电压中分离出来,制成了压电式自感知执行器;针对电桥不平衡情况,设计了由比例调节和 相位滞后校正组成的简单控制器. 悬臂梁振动控制实验证明:自感知执行器不仅能检测振动 信息,而且能有效抑制悬臂梁的振动.
A single piezoelectric ceramic element simultaneously functions as both a sensor and an actuator. A piezoelectric self-sensing actuator (SSA) is realized, based on a strain rate bridge circuit that separates the strain rate signal from the control voltage. A simple controller consisting of proportional adjustment and phase lag compensation is designed in view of that the bridge is slightly unbalanced. The experimental results show that SSA not only can be a vibration detector but also has good performance in vibration control of a cantilever beam.
