摘要
目前,对于压电效应理论与应用的研究,主要集中在一次压电效应,而二次压电效应的研究尚处于初级阶段.应用四类压电方程推导了二次压电效应理论公式,并使用压电石英晶体从能量的角度验证了该公式的正确性.之后,以22片石英晶片构成石英叠堆,将其作为被测晶组进行了二次压电效应的实验研究.理论与实验均表明,在石英叠堆上施加外力,石英晶体从正压电效应开始,由二次逆压电效应所产生的形变与施加在其上面的外力有良好的线性关系,并依此提出了利用二次压电效应原理设计微驱动系统的观点.
At present people mainly investigate the first piezoelectric effect, but the study on the secondary piezoelectric effect is at the primary stage. The theory of the secondary piezoelectric effect is deduced by four kinds of piezoelectric equations, and then from the viewpoint of conservation of energy, it is theoretically verified by using piezoelectric quartz. The secondary piezoelectric effect can be investigated with a quartz stack composed of 22 pieces of quartz disc. Both the theoretical and experimental results show that the displacement of deformation caused by the secondary piezoelectric effect from the direct piezoelectric effect is linear with an outer force applied. Accordingly, the view on applying the theory of the secondary piezoelectric effect to the design micro -drive system is put forth.
