摘要
目的探讨椎间盘内注射臭氧及胶原酶对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 2008年12月~2010年12月,58例经临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者,在CT引导下行侧隐窝内注射臭氧,浓度与剂量为60μg/ml,10 ml,椎间盘内注射胶原酶600~1200 U。结果据中华骨科学脊柱学组腰背痛手术评价标准及视觉模拟评分,观察患者术后1个月、6个月的疗效,其疗效优、良、差率分别为71%(40)、26%(15)、3%(2)。此外,所有患者均未发生椎间隙感染、神经根损伤、气栓等并发症。结论 CT引导下椎间盘内注射臭氧及胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症,是一种安全有效的微创介入方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of intradiscal injection of ozone and collagenase in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 58 patients, who were diagnosed as lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion from 2008.12 to 2010.12, with injection of ozone(60 μg/ml, 10 ml) and collagenase(600-1200u) at lumbar lateral recess under the guide of Computer Tomography(CT). Results Given Zhonghua of orthopedics and spine study group operation of waist-back pain evaluation standard and Visual Analogy Score(VAS),we observe the effect on 1 month and 6 mon(h after surgery. The rate of the better, the good, the poor was 71%(40), 26%(15), 3%(2) respectively. In addition, there was no complication such as intervertebral space infection,nerve root injury, air embolism, happening in our patients. Conclusion Computer Tomography= guidied intradiscal injection of ozone and collagenase cures umbar intervertebral disc protrusion is a safety, effective and minimal invasive method.
