摘要
目的探讨老年性股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术后的康复治疗及疗效。方法分析2007年2月—2009年5月在该院行人工股骨头置换术的82例老年股骨颈骨折患者,针对患者自身的病情采取有效的术后康复治疗,进行随访3年,取得了良好的临床效果。结果 82例老年股骨颈骨折患者均顺利进行了人工股骨头置换术,通过术后的针对性康复治疗,有效降低了并发症,随访3年,疗效优51例,疗效良26例,疗效差5例,优良率为93.90%,差率为6.10%。结论对老年性股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术的患者术后进行有效的针对性的治疗措施,不仅减少了患者的痛苦,而且提高了患者肢体功能恢复和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients undergoing femoral head replacement postoperative rehabilitation treatment and therapeutic effect of. Methods Analysis of the 2007 February to 2009 May in our hospital in artificial femoral head replacement in 82 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures in the patient＇s own condition, adopt effective postoperative rehabilitation treatment, were followed up for 3 years, achieved good clinical results. Results 82 cases of femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients were successfully conducted in artificial femoral head replacement, targeted by postoperative rehabilitation treatment, effectively reducing the complications, follow-up of 3 years, the outcome was excellent in 51% cases, good in 26 cases poor therapeutic efficacy, in 5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 93.90%, rate of 6.10%. Conclusion For senile femoral neck fracture treated with artificial femoral head replacement in patients after operation for effective targeted treatment, not only reducing the pain of patients, but also improves the recovery of limb function and quality of life in patients with.
