摘要
为了初步研究茴香薄翅野螟高原耐寒性,就其越冬幼虫的过冷却点及其相关生化指标进行测定。结果表明:2011年11月至2012年3月,其过冷却点分别是-6.845℃、-7.052 4℃、-12.486℃、-8.933℃和-8.405 1℃;冰点分别是-6.234 6℃、-6.111 4℃、-8.166 7℃、-7.016 3℃和-6.380 5℃,其中2012年1月过冷却点和冰点降至最低。水份含量、糖原含量、脂肪含量,SOD、CAT和POD酶活性的变化分别与过冷却点的变化相一致。但是蛋白质含量和甘油含量的变化与过冷却点的变化相反,与过冷却点变化相关系数分别为-0.992 6和-0.995 0。可见,过冷却点与其他生化指标有明显的相关性。
The super-cooling point(SCP) and others biochemical indexes were researched in order to study the cold tolerance of Evergestis extimalis Scopli. The result showed that from Nov. 2011 to Mar. 2013 the SCP of Evergestis extimalis Seopli larvae over-wintering was --6. 845 ℃, --7. 052 4 ℃,--12. 486 ℃,--8. 933 ℃and --8. 4051 ℃, respectively, and the freezing point (FP) was --6. 234 6 ℃,--6.1114 ℃,--8.166 7 ℃,--7.016 3 ℃ and --6. 380 5 ℃, respectively. The SCP andFP reach to the lowest on Jan. 2012. The varation of water content, glycogen content, fat content, SOD activi- ty, CAT activity and POD activity were consistent to SCP. But changes of protein content and glycer- ol content were opposite to SCP, which the coefficient of correlation for the regression equation were --0. 992 6 and --0. 995 0. It was known by above data that the correlation between SCP and others bi- ochemical indexes was significant.
