摘要
现代工业发展对工程师的工程综合实践能力提出了越来越高的要求,工程训练已经成为培养高素质工科人才不可缺少的一个重要环节。为了提高工程训练的教学质量,更好地培养学生的工程实践能力、创新意识、团队合作精神。论文在总结吉林大学工程训练中心在实践教学改革所取得系列成果的基础上,就目前工科学生工程训练仍存在的一系列问题,从改变观念、人才储备、构建梯级工程训练体系、改革教学方法等多方面提出了对工程训练改革的措施与建议。对工程训练教学质量的提高起到的一定的促进作用。
The development of modern industry puts forward higher and higher requirements to engineers＇ comprehensive practical ability.Engineering training is indispensable in training qualified talents.In order to improve the quality of the engineering training courses and foster the students＇ ability of engineering practice,this paper considers the innovative consciousness,and the teamwork spirit.It summarizes achievements of Engineering Training Center of Jilin University in the practice of teaching reform,and points out problems in engineering training of the engineering students.This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions from changing concept,talent reserves,constructing cascade engineering training system,reforming teaching methods and other aspects that for the reform of the practice teaching.It promotes the development of teaching quality of engineering training.
