摘要 微创新理论为互联网企业创新提供了发展思路。文章通过文献研究、理论分析和定性研究的方法,探析企业微创新之理念、机制与策略。通过对创新过程划分,构建从微创新需求分析到微创新实施,到最终形成微创新文化的整体循环机制,探析其微创新实施过程中的一般性规律及其启示,为我国现实企业管理创新和持续性发展提供一些具有实践价值的贡献。以奇虎360为例,阐述其保持企业活力的秘密武器就是持续性的微创新,它从客户体验出发,从小处着手的微创新之道是非常值得借鉴的。 The micro-innovation theory provides some new ideas suitable for the innovation of Internet enterprises.Through literature study,theoretical analysis and qualitative research methods,the article mainly explores the micro-innovation concept,mechanism and strategies,taking Qihoo 360 Company for example. By dividing the innovation process,this paper constructs the whole circulation mechanism from the micro-in-novation needs analysis to micro innovation implementation,and last to the final formation of micro-innova-tion culture.Qihoo 360′s secret to maintain strong vitality is to its persistent micro-innovation,which starts from the customer experience and from the micro innovation.
