Development Strategy for User Innovation Based on Innovation Paradigm

摘要 作为一项重要的创新源,用户创新对越来越多的行业和企业产生了重要影响。总结了用户创新的3种范式:用户自主创新、用户合作创新和用户主导创新,并提出不同范式有不同的形成条件,即在创新意愿、创新能力、代理成本、制造商支持和项目复杂度5个方面有不同的特点,并据此为企业更好地利用用户创新提出对策建议。 As an important industries and companies innovation source, the user innovation This paper has brought forward three has played a significant role in more and more kinds of user innovation, which were named user self-innovation, user-centered innovation and user co-operation. Different paradigm had different conditions innovation desire, innovation capability, agency cost, complexity of innovation project and information stickiness. last, the paper has proposed some suggestions for companies to take advantage of user innovation.
