Progress of treating hepatic failure with induced pluripotent stem cell-derived hepatocytes

摘要 肝细胞移植治疗多种原因造成的肝功能衰竭,在临床上已取得较好的疗效.诱导多功能干细胞(iPS)及其定向分化技术的进步,为获得大量、安全及具有生物学功能活性的肝细胞移植所需的种子细胞提供了一种新的方法.对iPS定向分化成肝细胞并应用于肝细胞移植治疗肝功能衰竭的研究进展进行综述. Hepatocyte transplantation is effective in the treatment of liver failure caused by a variety of factors.In pace with the progress of the study of induced pluripotent stem cells and its differentiation technology,a new method has arisen to obtain a great number of safe hepatocytes with biological function,which are suitable for seed cells of hepatocyte transplantation.In this article,we review the latest research progress about induced pluripotent stem cell-derived hepatocytes being transplanted to treat liver failure.
