摘要
目的建立乳癖安消颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC色谱法，色谱柱：Diamonsil—C18（150×4．6mm，5um），流动相：乙腈-0．05mol·L-1 NaH2PO4溶液（用H3P04调节pH值至3）（25：75），检测波长265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量为3．5ug·mL-1～70．0ug·mL-1范围内，其样品量与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9998），加样回收率为96．42％，RSD为0．95％。结论该法测定本品中盐酸小檗碱含量，分离效果好、灵敏、准确。
Objective To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in the Rupi Anxiao granule. Methods High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was used for its determination with Diamonsil C18 column（150×4.6mm, 5.0um）, mobile phase： methyl cyanides-0.05mol.L-1 sodium phosphate monobasic solution（to adjust the pH to 6.0 by phosphoric acid） （25：75）, the detecting wavelength at 265nm. Results With the range of 3.5pg.mL1 -70.0ug.mL-1 of berberine hydrochloride, the concentration and peak area have a good linear correlation. The recovery rate was 96.42%, RSD=0.95%. Conclusion The method was sensitive and accurate with good separation.
