摘要
目的建立乳癖安消颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC色谱法,色谱柱:Diamonsil—C18(150×4.6mm,5um),流动相:乙腈-0.05mol·L-1 NaH2PO4溶液(用H3P04调节pH值至3)(25:75),检测波长265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量为3.5ug·mL-1~70.0ug·mL-1范围内,其样品量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),加样回收率为96.42%,RSD为0.95%。结论该法测定本品中盐酸小檗碱含量,分离效果好、灵敏、准确。
Objective To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in the Rupi Anxiao granule. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used for its determination with Diamonsil C18 column(150×4.6mm, 5.0um), mobile phase: methyl cyanides-0.05mol.L-1 sodium phosphate monobasic solution(to adjust the pH to 6.0 by phosphoric acid) (25:75), the detecting wavelength at 265nm. Results With the range of 3.5pg.mL1 -70.0ug.mL-1 of berberine hydrochloride, the concentration and peak area have a good linear correlation. The recovery rate was 96.42%, RSD=0.95%. Conclusion The method was sensitive and accurate with good separation.
