鄂西北地区竹叶柴胡不同采收期柴胡皂苷A、D含量动态积累研究 被引量:3

Study on Dynamic Accumulation of Saikosaponin A,D from Bupleurum marginatum in Various Collecting Periods in Northwest of Hubei

摘要 目的以鄂西北地区竹叶柴胡为样本,研究柴胡皂苷a、d的动态变化规律,探讨本地区竹叶柴胡的最佳采收期。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Waters Atlantis T3色谱柱、乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.8ml·min-1,检测波长为210nm。结果不同采收期竹叶柴胡中的柴胡皂苷a、d含量具有明显的差异。7月底柴胡皂苷a、d的含量最高,到11月底最低。结论初步确定了鄂西北地区竹叶柴胡的最适采收期,为柴胡药材的采收及生产提供了一定的科学依据。 Objective To study the dynamic change law of saikosaponin a,d from Bupleutum marginatum in northwest of Hubei province, and to explore the optimal harvest period ofBupleurum marginamm. Methods The experiment determined the content of saikosaponin in Bupleurum by HPLC.The chromatographic separation was performed on Waters Atlantis T3(3um, 150mm×4.6mm) column and the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrilewater in gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8ml.min-1,and the detection wavelength was 210nm. Results There are obvious differences among the contents of saikosaponin a,d in various collecting periods sample, and it was the highest in July, the lowest in November. Conclusion The optimal harvest period ofBupleurum marginatum in northwest of Hubei is preliminary identified, which can provide scientific basis for crude drug production and processing.
