五孔支撑膜的次临界通量运行特征及膜污染阻力分析 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Five-bore Hollow Fiber Membrane:Operating Characteristics of Subcritical Flux and Membrane Fouling

摘要 以自制的五孔支撑中空纤维膜为研究对象。采用五孔和单孔膜的膜生物反应器处理模拟印染废水,在次临界通量的运行下考察膜污染特性。在水力停留时间为15h,MLSS为4g/L,曝气量为200L/h的操作条件下,采用通量阶式递增法测得五孔膜和单孔膜的临界涵量区域分别为18~21L/(m^2·h)和15~18L/(m^2·h);在10L/(m^2·h)的次临界通量下运行两组膜组件,五孔膜和单孔膜的稳定运行时间分别为13d和9d;通过对膜阻力的计算分析,发现五孔膜和单孔膜的总阻力值分别为57.04×10^11m^-1和68.45×10^11m^-1。膜阻力主要由浓差极化阻力和滤饼层阻力造成,且五孔膜的浓差极化阻力所占的比例大于单孔膜,而滤饼层阻力的比例小于单孔膜,因此五孔膜较单孔膜耐污染。 This paper described the experiment designed to treat printing and dyeing wastewater with five-bore hollow fiber membrane which was prepared in the laboratory, and focusing on membrane fouling and operating characteristics at subcritical flux. Results of the experiment showed that under the operating condition, i.e, hydraulic retention time 15 h, MLSS 4 g/L, aer-ation intensity 200 L/h, the flux stepwise method was used to determine the critical flux of five-bore and single-bore mem-brane module which were 18-21 L/(m^2·h) and 15-18 L/(m^2·h) respectively. When operating at sub-critical flux 10 L/(m^2·h), the stable operation time of five-bore and single-bore membrane were 13d and 9d respectively. It was found through compu-tation that that total resistance of five-bore and single-bore were 57.04×10^11m^-1 and 68.45×10^11m^-1 respectively. The mem- brane resistance mainly caused by concentration polarization layer resistance and cake layer resistance. In addition, the pro-portion of concentration polarization layer resistance of five-bore membrane was larger than single-bore membrane while the proportion of cake layer resistance was less than single-bore membrane, so five-bore membrane was better than single-bore membrane in respect to anti-fouling performance.
