摘要
目的 :探讨He -Ne激光对SP2 /O骨髓瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法 :本研究采用 2 4mWHe -Ne激光照射器照射SP2 /O骨髓瘤细胞及带瘤小鼠瘤区 ,照射时间为 2 0min ,照射次数为 5次 ,照射前后分别观测瘤块直径、瘤块重量及瘤细胞数量。结果 :激光照射组小鼠瘤块直径 ,瘤块重量 ,瘤细胞数量及成瘤率均明显低于非激光照射组 ,组间比较P <0 .0 1,差异非常显著。结论 :He-Ne激光照射具有抑制SP2
Objective:To study the effect of inhibiting by He-Ne laser on SP2/O tumor cell:Methods:24mW He-Ne Laser was used to irradiate SP2/O marrow tumour cell and tumor region with tumor mice.Irradiation time is 20 min,number of times is 5.We measure the tumour diameter,tumour weight,tomour amount and rate of tumor forming.Results:It was showed that abovementioned target of laser groups are higher than no laser groups (P<0 01),different is significantly.Conclusion:This proved that He-Ne laser irradiation have inhibited SP2/O marrow tumour cell multiplication function.
