摘要
应用He-Ne激光治疗鼻咽癌口腔粘膜放射性损伤71例，总有效率为94．4％，He-Ne激光具有改善局部组织血液循环和新陈代谢，抗炎，消肿，止痛，及促进创面愈合的作用。可作为口腔粘膜放射性损伤的一种辅助治疗。
71 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with the mucosa of oral cavity radiative Lesions were treated with He—Ne Lase irradiation. Among all 71 Cases, 67 cases are effective, the total effective rate was 94. 4%, On this paper, the possible mechanisms on He—Ne Laser irradiation were discussed, for patients with the mucosa of oral cavity radiative Lesion, He—Ne laser irradiation is advisable.
