摘要
目的了解目前孕妇孕期维生素D的补充现状及其对妊娠并发症和妊娠结局的影响。方法通过问卷调查获得2012年12月至2013年1月在上海市第一妇婴保健院分娩的1054例孕妇的基本信息及孕期维生素D的补充量。研究对象的建卡孕周分布在12—18孕周,年龄分布在30.16±3.58岁。查阅孕妇病历及手术记录获得其妊娠相关情况,使用卡方检验及Logistic回归分析二者之间的关系。结果研究对象孕期维生素D补充量的中位数为24000IU(3750~60000IU),仅90(8.54%)名孕妇孕期维生素D补充量达到400IU/天的推荐量。上海户籍的孕妇相对其他户籍的孕妇孕期维生素D补充量达到4001U/天的比例较高(X^2=9.20,P=0.0101〈0.05),无饲养宠物习惯的孕妇相对家中饲养宠物的孕妇维生素D补充量达到400IU/天的比例较高(X^2=6.29,P=0.0430〈0.05)。现有的维生素D的补充量对妊娠并发症及妊娠情况无任何有统计学意义的作用。结论目前孕妇维生素D补充量严重不足,现有的维生素D补充量与妊娠并发症及妊娠结局之间未发现有相关性。
Objective To understand the current status of Vitamin D supplement during pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy complications and outcomes. Methods A total of 1 054 women who delivered in Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital from December 2012 to January 2013 were recruited for the study. Questionnaire was used to investigate these women' basic information and vitamin-D supplement dose during pregnancy. Women' gestational age at record ranged from 12 to 18 weeks. The average age was 30. 16 ±3.58 years old. Medical history and operation records were referred to capture the information on pregnancy. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the relationship between Vitamin D supplement dose and pregnancy complications and outcomes. Results The median dose of Vitamin D supplement was 24 000IU(3 750-60 000IU). Only 90 (8.54%) subjects' supplement dose was up to the recommended dose. The proportion of women taking recommended dose of Vitamin D was higher among those from Shanghai than those from other regions (X^2 = 9.20 ,P = 0. 0101 〈 0.05 ). Similarly, the proportion of women taking up-to-recommended dose of Vitamin D was higher among those did not raise pets than those did (X^2 =6.29,P = 0. 0430 〈 0.05). Current supplement dose of Vitamin D had no statistical effect on pregnancy complications and outcomes. Conclusion The current Vitamin D supplement dose is severely deficient during pregnancy. It is not related with pregnancy complications and outcomes.
