摘要
目的探讨孕期营养指导对妊娠糖尿病患者血清维生素D水平的影响。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月收入本院营养门诊的妊娠糖尿病孕妇112例作为研究对象,将其分为两组:对照组56例,给予常规护理;观察组56例,在常规护理的基础上,给予孕期营养指导,规律服用维生素D,评价两组孕妇的妊娠结局。结果两组孕妇的血清维生素D、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白及胰岛素抵抗指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组孕妇的并发症发生率及围产儿并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对妊娠期糖尿病患者的膳食营养指导,可显著改善维生素D的吸收,从而提高血清维生素D的水平,进而增加胰岛素的敏感性,控制妊娠期糖尿病,可以进一步降低母婴并发症,减少不良妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the efect of gestational nutrition guidance on serum vitamin D levels in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 112 pregnant women with gestational diabetes in the nutrition clinic of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups 56 cases in the control group was given the routine nursing. On the basis of routine nursing, 56 cases in the observation group were given nutrition guidance during pregnancy, and vitamin D was taken regularly. The pregnancy outcome of two groups of pregnant women was evaluated. Results The diference of serum vitamin D, blood lipid, blood sugar, glycated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index in two groups of pregnant women was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in two groups of pregnant women and perinatal complications were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through the dietary nutrition guidance of gestational diabetes mellitus, can significantly improve the absorption of vitamin D, thereby increasing the level of serum vitamin D, thereby increasing the sensitivity of insulin, control of gestational diabetes, can further reduce maternal and child complications, reduce adverse pregnancy ending.
