摘要
采用聚己二酸乙丙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯、聚己内酯和 4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料 ,以丙三醇为交联剂合成了一系列低度交联的聚氨酯 ,讨论了组成、配比等对性能的影响 ,比较了它们和线型聚氨酯在性能上的差别。研究表明 ,软段结晶度高的聚氨酯具有良好的体温形状记忆性能 ,且具有比相应的线型形状记忆聚氨酯更为优越的形状记忆功能和力学性能。
In this paper, a series of low cross-linking polyurethanes are synthesized using polycaprolacton or polybutamethylene adipate or polyethylene-propylene adipate, MDI and glycerin. Their mechanical, thermal and dynamical properties and shape memory function are studied. The effect of soft segment structure, hard segment content and the structure of two domains on shape memory function are discussed. The differences between linear and cross-linking products have been investigated.
