摘要
创伤后早期心理干预是指创伤性事件后3个月内的心理干预,而眼动疗法则是创伤后早期心理干预领域最有效的治疗方法之一,其主要作用机理是将注意力集中于意识层面的图像,然后再执行一系列的快速眼动。本文系统总结了早期心理干预的定义,讨论了创伤治疗的关键期,以及需要接受干预的对象;介绍了眼动疗法的早期心理干预,包括神经生物学的作用机制、治疗步骤、治疗方案等,并说明了眼动疗法在早期心理干预中的必要性与发展前景。
Early psychological intervention following trauma means psychological interventions began within the first 3 months after a traumatic event. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing are one of the most effective therapeutic method in post-traumatic early psychological intervention area. This paper introduces the concept of early psychological intervention, the critical period of trauma treatment and the target object that needs to accept intervention. This article mainly evaluates the early psychological intervention after trauma in general and the place of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing intervention in particular, including the history of development and treatment steps, and discusses the impacts of psychic trauma on brain structure and nervous system from the point of view of neurohiology. As the most suitable treatment in early psychological intervention, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing has its own advantage by compared with the exposure treatment of Cognitive behavioral therapy, the common psychological intervention treatment. Finally, it is proposed that the necessity and development prospect of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing in post-traumatic early psychological intervention.
