摘要
研究了地暖管对分子结构的要求,结合反应方式、反应温度和催化剂活性等对分子结构的影响,确定了辛烯共聚聚乙烯DP800的聚合工艺路线和关键工艺控制参数,采用高活性的热处理催化剂,使用釜式反应器,通过调整装置生产工艺条件,生产出高性能的地暖管专用料DP800。经过管材生产厂家的管材加工应用试验,产品质量与进口同类产品相当。
The requests of floor heating pipe for molecule structure were studied. Combined with influence of reaction forms,catalyst activities and reaction temperature on molecule structure, the polymerization process and key parameters of producing ethylene/1-octene copolymer DP800 were determined. Through using high active catalysts in a tank reactor and adjusting the production conditions, the special resin DP800 with high properties for floor heating pipes was produced successfully. The processing and application experiments of the pipes were tested in the pipe enterprises, the results showed that the quality of the pipes equals to the same type of products from abroad.
