摘要
在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置上工业化开发了硅烷交联聚乙烯(PEXb)管材专用HDPE 2300XM。性能测试与应用研究表明:2300XM具有合理的熔体流动速率与密度,其物理性能、流变性能及PEXb管材性能与进口专用树脂HDPE XL6500相当,满足PEXb管材快速挤出与长期使用要求。由2300XM生产的PEXb管材通过了110℃,8 760 h静液压状态下热稳定性试验;2300XM是国内首个通过10 000 h长期静液压分级试验的冷热水用交联聚乙烯管材基础树脂,其PEXb管材最小要求强度等于10 MPa,表明2300XM为交联PE100级管材基础树脂。
A kind of high density polyethylene(HDPE) speciality resin, grade 2300XM, for silane-crosslinked polyethylene(PEXb) pipes was developed and industrialized in a HDPE plant. The results of properties tests and downstream application show that 2300XM has proper melt flow rate and density. The resin's basic physical properties, rheological behavior and the performance of the PEXb pipes thereof are parallel with those of the imported counterpart HDPE XL6500, and satisfy the requirements for fast extrusion and longterm usage of PEXb pipes. The PEXb pipes made of 2300XM pass the 8 760 hours thermal stability test at 110℃ and the resin is the first basic resin for crosslinked polyethylene pipes used to transport cold and hot water that pass the 10 000 hours long-term hydrostatic test in China. The test results indicate that 2300XM is a basic resin for crosslinked PE100 grade tubing with its PEXb pipes' minimum required strength of 10 MPa.
