摘要
通过对双圆弧齿轮达不到理想跑合状态的分析 ,运用了摩擦磨损学原理 ,建立了双圆弧齿轮的跑合数学模型 ,对其进行了接触有限元优化计算 ,使其在保证具有等弯曲强度的条件下 ,获得了优化双圆弧齿轮的齿形参数 ,最后通过双圆弧齿轮跑合性能的对比试验 ,证明优化的齿形参数具有良好的跑合性能。
In this paper,the main factors are found through analyzing the reason which is not good quality running_in for double circular_arc gears.By utilizing the theory of wear and friction,we set up mathematical model of running_in for double circular_arc gear.By using the meshing finite element,we obtain tooth profile optimal parameters that have good running_in property with the same strength.At last,the running_in comparative experiment were done at power circulating testing.We can draw the conclusions that the optimal parameter have good quality running_in properties of gears.
