摘要
在基于加工原理及渐开线展开原理的基础上建立的任意转角位置的双圆弧齿轮齿面数学模型,其表述简单,应用时无须作坐标变换,能准确、真实地描述双圆弧齿轮轮齿在任意转角位置时齿面上的任一点。该模型为双圆弧齿轮三维数字化设计、制造,啮合分析、运动学和动力学分析提供了新的理论依据。
On the basis of machining principle and outspread principle of involutes, the mathematical model of teeth surfaces of double circular arc gear was built, which is on any corner position.The expression of the model is very simple,it need not translate coordinate when used,the any point of teeth surfaces of double circular arc gear on any corner position can be described exactly and truly.This model offers a new theory for 3D numerical design,manufacture and the analysis of engagement, kinematics and dynamics of double circular arc gears.
