摘要
[目的]揭示山丁子树不同方向叶片生理差异和微环境变化。[方法]通过测定山丁子树不同方向叶片光合日进程、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量及比叶重,研究了山丁子树叶片形态及生理指标的变化。[结果]山丁子树叶片光合速率与光合有效辐射表现出极显著相关(P<0.01),与气温显著相关(P<0.05);南向叶片比叶重高于东向,光合色素含量东向叶片高于南向。[结论]山丁子树南向叶片由于接受较多的光能和较高的温度,所以叶片增加单位面积重量、降低光合色素含量,从而减少光能吸收,表现出了叶片对周围微环境的适应性。
[ Objective ] Physiological differences and microenvironmental changes of different directional leaves in Malus baccata ( Linn. ) Borkh. were studied. [ Method ] The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate, leaf photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and ca- rotenoids) and leaf mass per area(LMA) were measured to determine the influence of local microenviroment on structure and biophysical char- acteristics of Malus baccata leaves. [ Result] There was considerably significant correlation between Pn and PAR while there was significant correlation between Pn and air temperature. The LMA of southward leaves were higher than eastward ones, but the contents of photosynthetic pigments in eastward leaves were higher than southward ones. [ Conclusion] The southward leaves had increased LMA and reduced photosyn- thetic pigments content in response to higher irradiance and air temperature. Therefore the microenvironment influenced the morphological and biophysical characteristics of Malus baccata leaves.
