摘要
主要对山定子[Maulsbasset(L.)Broth]果实的营养成分进行了分析测定,重点对果胶、糖、酸、Vc等重要成份进行重点分析测定,得到了准确的数据。为将来山定子的开发研究提供了参考依据,也为山定子的后加工利用奠定了数据基础。
This article obtained exact data by analysing and determining nutritional composition of Birchleaf plums fruits. and its stress was the compositions such as colloid, fructos, acidity,Vc that they were closely linked with precess. There is a reference foundation of the development and research of Birchleaf plums. There is a data base of the postprocess and the utilization,too.
