摘要 [目的]研究小根蒜(Allium macrostemon Bunge)种子发芽特性,为其人工栽培提供理论依据。[方法]设O、30、60、120、180、240、300、360、420、480d不同贮藏期处理研究小根蒜种子休眠期和寿命。用贮藏60d的种子,设15、20、25、30、35℃5个温度处理研究小根蒜种子适宜发芽温度。用贮藏30d的种子,研究1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8mg/LGA,溶液浸种12h和低温处理1、2、3、4、5、6、7d对小根蒜种子萌发的影响。[结果]小根蒜种子有60d左右的休眠期,寿命为1年左右。种子适宜的发芽温度为20—25℃。解除种子休眠可用4—5mg/L的GA,浸种12h或对种子进行低温处理5~6d。[结论]A.-Y-.栽培小根蒜的适宜种植时间为日平均气温20~25℃。在山东气候条件下,适宜的播种时间为9月上中旬。人工栽培要用当年采收的种子,贮藏1年以上的陈种子不能作种。 [ Objective ] The aim was to study the seed germination traits of Allium macrostemon Bunge, to provide a theoretical basis for its ar- tificial cultivation. [ Method] Ten storage period treatments(0, 30, 60, 120, 180,240, 300, 360,420,480 d) were designed to study the dormant period and lifetime of Allium macrostemon Bunge. Five temperature treatments( 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 ℃ ) were designed to study the suitable germination temperature of AUium macrostemon Bunge seeds of storage for 60 days. The treatments of soaking in 1,2, 3,4, 5,6, 7, 8 mg/L - GA3 solution for 12 hours and put in 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days under low temperature were designed to study their effects on Allium macrostemon Bunge seeds germination. [ Result] There were 60 days-dormant period and one year-lifetime for Allium max.rostemon Bunge seeds, and its suitable germination temperature was 30 ~C, and that using 4 - 5 mg/L GA3 solution to treat seeds for 12 hours and using low temperature to deal with seeds for 5 -6 days broke the dormancy. [ Conclusion] The suitable planting time ofAllium macrostemon Bunge of ar- tificial cultivation is when the average temperature is 20 -25 %. And in Shandong, the suitable sowing time was the first ten days and the middle ten days of September. The current year seeds should be used in artificial cultivation, while the seeds of storage for over one year should not be used.
