摘要
根据水库大坝安全评价导则和相应的需求分析,首次提出构建基于统一平台的大坝安全评价软件,完成了总体架构设计,实现了软件开发,并将其运用到具体的工程实际中。经验证,该系统能够有效提高大坝安全评价的工作效率,形成流程化、专业化、现代化的安全评价体系。
According to the reservoir dam safety evaluation guideline and the corresponding demand analysis, a safety evaluation software based on a unified platform is initially put forward herein; for which the overall framework design is accomplished along with the realization of the relevant software development, and then it is applied to the specific engineering practice. It is demon- strated that the system can effectively enhance the working efficiency of the evaluation on dam safety and thus create a routinized, specialized and modernized safety evaluation system.
