摘要
纳米技术发展伊始,人们就开始探讨和研究相关技术伦理问题。从理论视角和实践角度来看,纳米技术与伦理的协同建构是可行的。为了消除有关纳米技术的乌托邦与敌托邦之争,应将纳米技术始终纳入公共伦理考量下进行规范与监管,促进纳米技术的伦理构建与其自身发展的协同并进,从而确保该技术的科学发展。
Ever since the beginning of the development of nanotechnology , people have begun to explore and study the ethical issues related to this technology .From both theoretical and practical perspectives , the collaborative construction of nanotechnology and ethics is feasible .In order to eliminate the dispute of the Uto-pia and Dystopia on nanotechnology , people must standard and supervise the nanotechnology , which should be always included in the public considerations .It can Promote the construction of the ethics of nanotechnology in hand together with advances in nanotechnology so as to promote the scientific development of nanotechnology .
