摘要
为了优化ATB-25沥青稳定碎石集料级配,提高其路用性能,应用粗集料单因素骨架密实性检验和贝雷法相结合的研究方法,研究了集料质量分数、关键筛孔通过率对级配骨架的影响。结果表明:ATB-25粗集料骨架结构的最优配比为16.8%(31.5~16mm)∶25.2%(16~13.2mm)∶28%(13.2~9.5mm)∶30%(9.5~4.75mm),优化的骨架集料级配的CA值为0.70。通过对比该级配和AC-25沥青混合料的高温性能、水稳定性和铺筑试验段,证明了采用优化的ATB-25混合料级配具有优良的骨架嵌挤特性、高温抗车辙性能,可应用于高温多雨地区高速公路沥青混凝土路面中,对提高混合料组成设计水平和沥青混合料质量控制具有指导借鉴作用。
In order to optimize the Asphalt Treated Base's (ATB) aggregate gradation and improve the pavement performance, through single-factor-skeleton-dense-test and Bailey method, the optimalframework structure of ATB--25 gradation is obtained by analyzing the effect of the aggregate content , CA ratio, passing percent of the key sieve to the gradation^s skeleton. Test results show that the optimal framework gradation is 16.8% (31.5~16 mm) : 25.2% (16~13.2mm) :28% (13.2~9.5mm) : 30% (9.5~4. 75mm), and the CA ratio is 0. 70. Through comparisons between the gradation and AC--25 asphalt mixture on aspects of high temperature performance, water stability and paving test, it is proved that optimized ATB--25 has good skeleton embedded characteristics and high-temperature anti-rutting performance, which can be used in the highway asphalt concrete pavement for regions with high temperature and frequent rainfall. The results can also provide some reference for improving the level of the mixture composition design and the quality control of asphalt mixture.
