摘要
确定了水资源开发模式评价指标体系的设计原则 ,根据研究区具体的水文、水文地质条件及研究问题的具体需要 ,选取一些能够从整体上反映水资源系统内部与水资源开发利用有关的指标组成评价指标体系。结果表明 :所建立的评价指标体系充分考虑了水资源的可供给性、社会需求和环境三者之间的协调统一关系 。
The main purpose of this paper is to determine the designing principle of evaluating index system. The selection of index and index system are based on the hydro-hydrogeological conditions and researching issue’s concrete needs of course, all index can reflect the relationship between the inner water resources and its development and utilization. The result of application shows that the index system has considered thoroughly the harmonious relation among water provision,social demand and environment, which is very convenient to be used.
