摘要
健脾功能的中药多辛、温、香燥,具有化湿浊、解表邪、健脾胃的作用,代表药物有藿香、佩兰;若辛温性烈,作用更为强烈,则又能行气结、通积滞,如苍术、厚朴;若辛温香燥之性更烈,则更能祛寒温中,如砂仁、肉豆蔻、草豆蔻、草果。健脾中药在心血管、糖尿病、抗衰老方面都有很好的作用,因此具有健脾功能的中药在心血管、糖尿病、抗衰老这方面的研究有待加强,使其成为未来的研究重点。
Chinese herbs with tonifying spleen function mainly are pungent, warm, and flavorful and dry, and have the effects of resolving damp turbidity,relieving exterior evil, activating spleen and stomach, the representative drugs are ageratum, perrin; If the drugs with pungent and warm, strong property, more intense function, promoting qi, and activating stagnation, the representative drug are rhizoma at- ractylodis, Mangnolia officinalis. If the drugs with more strong pungent ,warm, and property, they even more have the function of dispel- ling cold and warming mid-energy, and the representative drug are amomum, Nutmeg, Alpinia katsumadai, amomum tsao-ko. Tonifying spleen drugs have good effect on cardiovascular, diabetes, anti-aging, so the research on tonifying spleen herbs treatment of cardiovascu- lar, disease, diabetes, anti-aging needs to be strengthened ,which make it become research emphasis in the future.
