摘要 中药五味之中 ,酸苦甘咸都属阴 ,独辛味属阳 ,作用广泛 ,解表发汗、行气活血之外 ,化湿醒脾、祛寒温中、通络祛风、化痰散结、开窍醒神、温肾壮阳、杀虫解毒 ,都是辛味的功效所在 ,都表现出明显的“阳”的性质特点。独阳的辛味处方地位独特 ,八法之中 ,汗、温、消多辛味 ,和法多辛苦并用 ,下、清、补诸法 ,亦不离辛味而多参用 ,起到佐使作用 ;引经报使之药亦多辛味 。 In the five flavors of Chinese medicinal herbs,sour,bitter,sweet and salty pertaint to yin,but only pungent pertains to yang and acts comprehensively. Besides sweating to relieve superficies and promoting the flow of qi and blood,resolving dampness and wakening spleen,warming middle energizer to expel cold,dispelling wind and activating collateral,resolving phlengm and diminishing stagnation,regaining resuscitation and restoring consciousness,warming kidney are also actions of pungent.All these actions menifest obvious natures and eharacteristics of yang. Pungent prescription only belonging to yang has unique status. In the eight therapies,sweatening,warming and eliminating therapies mostly use pungent,regulating therapy often uses both pungent and salty;purgative,heat clearing and invigorating therapies also depend on it acting as adjuvant and guiding functions.In addition,the leading drugs are mostly pungent in flavor,so the application of pungent is beyond the other flavors.
