摘要
体育权利是公民权的重要内容之一,是与生命权、健康权、文化和教育权利密切相关的一项基本权利。保障农民工体育权利对于提升农民工幸福生活水平、促进其自身发展和构建和谐社会意义重大。本研究从公民权的视角分析农民工体育权利的性质、体育权利在权利体系中的地位、体育权利实现的困境,并从实现完全公民权的思路提出农民工体育权利保障的制度安排。
As an important content of citizenship rights,sports right is a basic right related closely to rights of life, health,culture,and education.Realization of sports right of migrant workers has great significance for lifting their happy life standard and promoting self-development and constructing harmonious society.This study,from the perspective of citizenship,analyzes the nature of the sports right of migrant workers,the position of sports right,re-alization of the sports right,and institutional arrangements for the protection of the sports right of migrant workers through the path of achieving full citizenship.
