摘要
随着社会对食品安全的关注,食用油中苯并[a]芘(BaP)的污染已成为世界各国关注的焦点。本文综述了近年来食用油中苯并[a]芘分析方法的最新研究进展,包括多种前处理方法和测定方法,并提出了今后食用油中苯并[a]芘的分析方法发展方向。
Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) in edible oils has attracted broad attention over the world with the attention to food safety. Recent research progress on analytical methods of benzo ( a )pyrene in edible oils were compared and summarized, including a variety of pretreatment techniques and detection methods. Development of new analysis method was also proposed.
