摘要
目的观察Wilson病(WD)患者驱铜治疗前后心电图的变化。方法于入院3 d内及治疗8周后对28例WD患者行常规心电图和24 h动态心电图检查,结果进行比较。结果 28例患者中,治疗前常规心电图异常10例(35.7%);治疗后,恢复正常或明显好转6例,新出现窦性心动过速或过缓4例,无明显变化4例。治疗前及治疗后的心电图异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前动态心电图异常的18例(64.3%);治疗后,恢复正常或明显好转8例,新出现窦性心动过速4例,新出现ST-T改变3例,无明显变化6例。治疗前及治疗后的动态心电图异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前(135.79±57.30,57.36±34.19)24 h内全部正常心动周期的标准差和全程相邻两正常心动周期差值的均方根与治疗后(139.64±35.33,58.50±29.03)比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 WD患者治疗前后心电图和动态心电图无明显变化。
Objective To observe changes of ECG before and after de-copper treatment in patients with Wilson＇s disease （WD）.Methods Normal ECG and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram （DCG） were made in 28 WD patients at 3 days after admission and 8 weeks after de-copper treatment respectively.The results were compared.Results Among 28 WD patients before treament,10 cases （35.7%） had abnormal ECG.After treatment,ECG returned to normal or markedly improved was in 6 cases,sinus tachycardia or sinus bradycardia was in 4 cases,and there was no change in 4 cases.There was no statistical significance of rate of abnormal ECG between before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）.Eighteen cases （64.3%） had abnormaly DCG before treatment.After treatment,DCG returned to normal or markedly improved was in 8 cases,sinus tachycardia or sinus bradycardia was in 4 cases,ST T change was in 3 cases,and there was no change in 6 cases.There was no statistical significance of rate of abnormal DCG between before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）.There was no statistical significance of standard deviation of all normal cardiac cycles in 24 hours,mean square of successive RR-differences between before （135.79 ± 57.30,57.36±34.19） and after treatment （139.64±35.33,58.50±29.03）（allP〉0.05）.Conclusion Thereare no significant changes in ECG and DCG before and after de-copper treatment.
