摘要 以谷胱甘肽 ( GSH)产生菌啤酒酵母甲硫氨酸缺陷型变株 M-0 5为试验菌株 ,进行培养基、培养条件的初步研究 .经培养基、培养条件的优化 ,M-0 5胞内积累 GSH比原来配方提高了 61 .3% ,培养基中添加适当甲硫氨酸 ( Met) ,则胞内 GSH含量提高了 1 .2倍 ,达 32 .95mg/ Studies on the optimal medium and fermentation conditions for glutathione (GSH) producing strain the Saccharomyces cerevisiae methionine defected mutant M-05 had been performed. As results, when in the new medium and fermentation condition, the intracellular content of GSH of the mutant M-05 was increased 61 3%, and when methionine was added to the medium, the content of GSH was increased 1 2 times than that of in the basic medium, reached 32 95 mg/g.
