摘要 采用微波辅助酶法从米糠中提取米糠油。通过单因素和正交实验考察了酶添加量、酶解时间、微波功率、微波时间对米糠油提取率的影响,研究表明,米糠油最佳提取条件为酶添加量0.7%、酶解时间3 h、微波功率600 W、微波时间5 min,在此工艺条件下,米糠游离油得率可达76.32%。 The microwave-assisted method was employed to extract rice bran oil from rice bran. Effects of enzyme dosage, enzyme time, microwave power and time on the extraction of rice bran oil through a series of single factor and orthogonal experiments were studied. The result showed that the best oil extraction process as follows: enzyme dosage 0.7%, enzyme time 3 h, microwave power 600 W and microwave time 5 min, Under these conditions, rice bran free oil yield was 76.32%.
