上海松江区中小学保健教师传染病知识知晓情况分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析上海松江区中小学校保健教师传染病知识知晓状况及影响因素,为完善中小学校传染病防控工作提供参考。方法对上海市松江区83所中小学校的83位保健教师进行传染病知识问卷调查。结果 83名保健教师的传染病知识平均得分为91分,得分>85分的保健教师占61.45%。Logistic回归分析显示,中学保健教师传染病知识得分优于小学保健教师(OR=2.99);兼职保健教师传染病知识得分低于专职保健教师(OR=0.32);平均月收入>3 000元的保健教师传染病知识得分高于月收入<3 000元的保健教师(OR=3.28)。结论松江区中小学校保健教师传染病知识整体掌握情况良好,工作性质、学校类别和月收入是保健教师传染病知识掌握情况的影响因素。教育和卫生机构应根据保健教师的需求,开展针对性的传染病知识培训。 Objective To analyze the infectious disease knowledge and related influencing factors among healthcare work- ers in primary and middle school of Songjiang district, to provide baseline information for school infectious disease control work. Methods All 83 primary school and middle school in Songjiang district were selected, 83 healthcare workers were investigated face to face by using questionnaires. Results The average infectious disease knowledge score of the 83 healthcare workers was 91, 61.45% of them have got a high score which was above 85. Logistic regression analysis showed that healthcare workers in middle school had higher score compared with healthcare workers in primary school ( OR = 2.99, 95 % CI:1. 02-8.82 ) , in comparison with fulhime healthcare workers, part-time healthcare workers had weak infectious knowledge ( OR=O. 32, 95% CI:0. 10-0.99) , and heahhcare workers who had better monthly income had better infectious knowledge ( OR = 3.28, 95 % CI: 1.09-9.91 ). Conclusion Some heahhcare workers have misunderstanding in the aspect of influenza control and prevention. So educational agencies and healthcare institutions should pay more attention to infectious disease knowledge training to prevent outbreak or epidemic.
