摘要
由于长时间缺乏专业化的卫生保健培训体系,我国学校的卫生保健人员的专业化培养得不到有效的发展,无法满足各学校的培养需求和培养目标。本研究通过相关文献查阅、学校调查等对我国学校卫生保健人员的现状,切合其专业化培训需求和培养目标,提出了一些促进我国学校卫生保健发展的建议,以期为学校卫生保健人员的培养目标的设定提供参考。
Due to the lack of specialized health care training system for a long time, the professional training of health care workers in our country has not been effectively developed and can＇t meet the training needs and training objectives of the schools. This paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of school health care in our country through the relevant literature review, school survey and so on, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of school health care in our country, aiming at the training goal of school health care personnel in line with the professional training needs and training objectives of our school of the settings for reference.
