摘要
叙述了埋地管道无损检测的一种新方法——管道漏磁检测法 ;介绍了漏磁法检测装置的国内外发展概况 ;着重论述了 ANSYS在管道漏磁检测中的分析过程和关键问题的解决;并给出了二维分析中的几种典型缺陷的分析结果及如何根据一次运行所测得的数据来鉴别管道中的缺陷 .
A new method of non- destructive test (NDT) of underground pipeline- magnetic flux leakage (MFL) detection is introduced. The present status of the MFL detection apparatus home and abroad are discussed. A detail description of the basic principle of this method is given. Then the process of 2D simulation of this apparatus is displayed. Here, ANSYS is used as the foundation for discriminating the condition of the pipeline. And then the process and some results in 2D analysis are showed. Finally, the way to distinguish the defaults of the pipeline according to the date provided by the apparatus after one run is illuminated.
