摘要
运用有限元分析方法,建立缺陷漏磁场的数学模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立漏磁检测模型,对二维轴对称情况进行仿真。仿真结果表明不同的缺陷引起不同的漏磁信号,漏磁信号特征与缺陷特征之间有特定的关系,利用漏磁信号特征可以定量评价缺陷的特征。
The model of defect magnetic leakage field was established using the finite element (FE) method. The roodel of magnetic flux leakage detecting was also instructed by ANSYS software, and the condition of two-dimensional axisymmetric was simulated. Calculation results show that the amplitude of magnetic flux density is the function of the defect depth and length, the lasting time of magnetic flux density is directly proportional to the defect length. The character of defect can be evaluated using the method.
