制粒工艺对饲料中β-葡聚糖酶及纤维素酶活性影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 试验随机抽取饲料厂不同制粒工艺生产的饲料样品,检测5个不同生产阶段———调质前、调质后、制粒后、冷却后和打包处样品的β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶活性。通过对β-葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶的热稳定性进行研究的结果表明:随着调质温度的升高酶活性显著下降,在60℃调质温度下,耐高温型β-葡聚糖酶活和纤维素酶活保存率分别为91.30%和90.40%;在85℃调质温度下,β-葡聚糖酶活酶活和纤维素酶活保存率分别为36.70%和58.20%。 Feed samples produced by different pelleting processes in feed factory were randomly selected, the activity of β- glucanase and eellulase in 5 different stages of production( pre-eonditioning, after conditioning,after pelleting, after cooling and packing) were investigated. The thermal stability of β-glucanase and cellulase products was investigated, and the results dem- onstrated that: enzyme activity dropped drastieally under higher conditioning temperature; at 60, the preservation rate of heat-resistant β-glucanase and cellulase were 9t. 30% and 90.40%, respectively; at 85℃, the preservation rate were 36. 70% and 58.20%, respectively.
