摘要 员工培训能够让员工发挥出自身的最大潜能,让员工的价值得到最大限度的发挥,促进企业效益的提升。分析了目前石油企业员工培训存在的问题,并从树立培训理念、增强培训实力、创新培训方法、拓展培训范围、提升培训效果等几方面阐明了提高培训效果的对策。认为做好石油企业员工培训工作,企业应树立培训理念,健全培训机构,建立培训制度,完善培训设施,充实师资队伍,开展一些形式新颖、效果显著的培训方法,通过专业能力培训、职业道德培训、员工心理培训、文体活动培训和专业交叉培训等形式,帮助员工正确认识培训,发自内心地参与培训,提高培训效果。 Staff training helps employees to reach their full potentials, maximum their value, and increase enterprise revenue. The study discusses existing problems for staff training in petroleum enterprises, and puts forward several tackling methods including establishing training concept, enhancing training quality, innovating training method, expanding training scope, and improving training effects. To provide qualified and effective training for staff in petroleum enterprises, enterprises shall establish training concept, upgrade training mechanism, set up a training system, enhance training facilities, improve teaching and training staff, and use some innovative and effective methods. By using professional competence, professional ethics, staff mentality, recreational and sports activity, and cross-discipline training, employees can have a better understanding of and greater enthusiasm for training, enhancing the effect of training.
