摘要
员工流动问题是饭店业面临的严峻问题。本文主要通过对温州饭店业员工流动现状和原因进行分析,希望温州的饭店业人力资源管理能借鉴国外先进的饭店管理理论和经验,更好地解决这一问题,提高整体管理水平。
The flow of hotel employees is a severe problem in Wenzhou hotels. The article analyzes the cause of the problem in hope that the human resource management of Wenzhou hotels can draw lessons from the foreign advanced management experience to solve this problem so as to improve the over-all management level.
