摘要
山东省某污水处理厂升级改造工程在深度处理阶段采用了V型纤维滤池。介绍了V型纤维滤池的设计和运行情况,并对其反冲洗优化进行了总结。运行数据表明:V型纤维滤池对悬浮物具有良好的去除效果,当进水SS为12~26 mg/L时,出水SS<3 mg/L,稳定达到一级A标准;同时还具有较高的滤速和较大的截污容量,分别为18m/h和16kg/m^3。对滤池反冲洗方式的优化,提高了对纤维束根部反洗的强度,改善了滤池的运行效果,同时有助于延长滤料的使用寿命。
V-style fiber filter was applied in up grading and reconstruction of a wastewater treatment plant in Shandong Province. The design and operation of V-style fiber filter were introduced, and the op- timization of the filter backwashing was summarized. Operating data showed that V-style fiber filter had better removal efficiency for SS, and the effluent SS was less than 3 mg/L when the influent SS was 12 to 26 mg/L, meeting the first level A criteria. The filtration rate and pollutant retention capacity were 18 m/ h and 16 kg/m3 respectively. The optimization of the filter backwashing enhanced backwashing intensity of the fiber bundle roots, improved the filtration efficiency and extended the service life of filtration mate- rials.
