摘要
目的对干漆药材的挥发性毒性成分进行研究。方法采用顶空进样气相质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对干漆药材样品和饮片进行分析,研究其中的挥发性毒性物质。结果共鉴定出了二甲苯、三甲基苯、甲基苯甲醛类同分异构体和乙酸至庚酸等系列有机酸类化合物等25个毒性成分。结论对炮制后的干漆色谱图中虽然仍有二甲苯类和甲基苯甲醛类物质的色谱峰,但峰强度明显降低,证明炮制后毒性明显减弱。
AIM To study the violatile toxic constituents in Toxicodendri Resina. METHODS The head- space GC/MS technique was applied to isolating volatile toxic constituents in Toxicodendri Resina and its decoction pieces. RESULTS Twenty-five volatile compounds from Toxicodendri Resina were isolated and identified inclu- ding structural isomers of xylene, trimethyl-benzene, methyl-benzaldehyde and serious organic acids. CONCLU- SION Processed Toxicodendri Resina remains fingerprint peaks of xylene and methyl-benzaldehyde, but their in- tensity decreases, which showes the processing can markedly attenuate the toxicity of Toxicodendri Resina
