摘要
经自然腔道内镜手术是一种新型的微创手术,其发展尚面临诸多技术问题。笔者就该手术的操作平台、手术入路和切口闭合等关键问题的研究进展进行综述。
Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery （NOTES） as a new type of minimally invasive surgery has a number of technical problems standing in its way. In this paper, the authors address the research progress on the essential issues that include operating platform, approaches and wound closure.
