摘要
目的探讨两种不同入路改良Miccoli手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤临床疗效。方法 2015年7月至2016年8月我院收治的140例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,按照不同治疗方式分成两组各70例。观察组采用峡路入路改良Miccoli手术治疗,对照组采用上外侧入路改良Miccoli手术治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组切口长度、住院时间、住院费用、术后美容满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经峡路入路改良Miccoli手术治疗具有操作简单,术后美容满意度高的特点,还能减少患者术中出血量、缩短手术时间,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of two differefit approaches of modified Miccoli surgery in the treatment of thyroid benign tumors. Methods A total of 140 patients with benign thyroid tumors admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were selected as subjects.. The patients were divided into two groups,70 in each group according to different treatments. The observation group was treated with isthmus approach of the modified Miccoli surgical treatment while the control group was treated with lateral approach of the modified Miccoli surgical treatment. The therapeutic effect of different treatments on patients was observed. Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage were lower in the observation group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No significant difference was detected in the incision length, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. The overall incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No significant difference was detected in the cosmetic satisfaction between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The modified Miccoli surgical treatment of isthmus approach has the advantages of simple operation and high cosmetic effect after operation. It can also reduce the operation time. It is more suitable than the upper lateral approach for thyroid benign tumor patients. It is worthy of clinical use.
